If our apartment is in an HOA what does that mean for the maintenance in my home?
Our NorthPoint Management maintenance team will address all maintenance related issues inside your home as well as after-hours lock out services and maintenance emergencies.
What leasing options are available?
Depending on expiration date, we offer 12-15 month lease terms.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, we require a $300,000 limited liability minimum.
Can I apply online?
Yes! We encourage you to apply online if you see the apartment available that you would like to move into.
When is rent due and how can I make my rent payment?
Rent is due on the first of each month. You will pay rent online through our secure ResidentPortal. Auto-withdraw options available.
Do I have to pay first & last month's rent?
At the time of move-in, you will be responsible for your prorated rent and a potential deposit based on your screening results.
Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?
Late fees will occur at midnight on the 4th, going into the 5th of the month. Late fees are 15% of your rent.
Where is your Leasing Center located?
We do not have a Leasing Center located on-site. Tours for available ArriveKC condos are by appointment only.
What are your business hours?
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Tours are by appointment only.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside our apartment homes.
Where do I park if I'm a resident at The Condos at ArriveKC?
Residents can park in our gated parking garage for an additional monthly fee. Street parking is also available but limited. Contact our team for current garage availability and pricing.
